At Country Cowgirl Boutique, every order is made just for you! Because we work with Printful, your items are custom made after you place your order. This helps ensure you receive a high-quality product made just for you.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
• During busy seasons, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.
• Once your order has been produced, it will be packaged and shipped.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

United States

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Canada

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International

• Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience occasional delays due to weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Total Delivery Time

Most U.S. customers receive their order within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

If your order includes multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you don't receive your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your package may be delayed or returned. If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information hasn't updated for several days or your package appears to be lost, please contact us. We'll gladly work with the shipping carrier and Printful to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
